Pressure Plate Wooden Planks or Stone Sends a redstone signal when pressed. Stone pressure plate can only be triggered by players or mobs.
Button Wooden Planks or Stone Sends a redstone signal when pressed. Wooden Buttons can be triggered by arrows.
Redstone Torch Redstone Dust+Stick Constantly sends a redstone signal.
Lever Cobblestone+Stick Serves as a switch for redstone signals.
Piston Wooden Planks+Cobblestone+Iron Ingot+Redstone Dust Pushes blocks.
Sticky Piston Piston+Slimeball Pushes and pulls blocks.

Jukebox Wooden Planks+Diamond Gem Plays music discs.
Dispenser Cobblestone+Redstone Dust+Bow Shoots out items when triggered.
Redstone Repeater Stone+Redstone Dust+Redstone Torch Used in redstone circuits as a diode, a repeater or a delayer.
Tripwire Hook Iron Ingot + Stick+ Wooden Plank Place string between the two hooks and when a player walks through, it will send a redstone pulse.
Daylight Sensor Glass + Nether Quartz + Wood Slabs Emits a redstone charge during the day. Its signal strength depends on the time of day.

Dropper Cobblestone + Redstone Dust Acts similar to a dispenser except it always drops the item instead of using it e.x. A dispenser fires arrows when triggered, a dropper drops the item. It will also place items into an adjacent chest.
Hopper Iron + Chest Sucks up blocks dropped onto it. It will deposit items to a chest placed underneath it, and withdraw items from a chest placed above it.
Trapped Chest Tripwire Hook + Chest Emits a one block redstone signal when opened.
Weighted Pressure Plate (heavy) Iron

It can only be triggered by dropped items and its signal strength depends on the amount of items.
